Concept development and implementation of Comb Gel Sheet
PU Gel Sheet provides soft characteristic and it's widely applied on shock absorption items, protection pads, mattress/seat pads for comfortable and pressure dispersion purposes.

Introduction of product features
a. Special structure design - providing sufficient supports with soft-touching feel.
   Comb-gel sheet retains the special soft-touching feel and cooling effect. Reducing the volume of PU gel, Comb-gel sheet is retaining sufficient support.

b. Minimizing the contact surface - No humid and muggy feels
  Honeycomb structure design of the comb-gel sheet reduces the contact area between user and the gel sheet. Due to the reduction of contact area, No humid and muggy feels would be increased.  

c. Good characteristic of shock absorption - PU Gel Sheet provides not only soft characteristic and also shock absorption performance.

d. Adorable transparent appearance


e. Film-coating protective design on the surface - avoiding the gel sticky and featuring of anti-bacteria.

f. Inner-cover-set-up design - convenient for washing and sterilizing under sun-light.  

g. Special perforation design
   In order to increase air diffusion ability, perforation on the bottom would be an option. Perforation on the bottom makes the inner air circulated more completely.    

h. Film-coating bottom and moisture evaporation design
   Comb-gel sheet could come with bottom of film-coating (004) or bottom of moisture evaporation (005) for selection. Bottom of moisture evaporation consists of unique elastic fiber layer (air mesh) with moisture evaporation and diffusion.
